Don Soper (1951-53, S-1 Div) secretary/treasurer of the USS Henrico Reunion Association admires the plaque just presented to him.  It was one of the last two Paul Cormaci had cut out before his passing.  Dick Kelley completed the plaques.  The other one was presented to outgoing President Vic Orton.
